The same CV in two formats: what reaches the parser?
Picture one experience entry written twice. In the simple template it arrives whole: title, employer, both dates, a numbered achievement. Most likely parts of your file weren't extractable: text in an image, a sidebar whose order scrambled, or headings the parser couldn't map. Move the content into a simple real-text template and re-upload, then complete any missing fields manually on the platform.
Is it better to fill the Jadarat profile manually or upload a CV?
Both: the completed platform profile is the shortlisting basis, and the uploaded CV is what employers see. Keep them identical - contradictions between them raise doubts.
Does Jadarat's parser read an English CV?
