Likely interview questions from your CV - with model answers

Before the interview, let Taqdeem read your CV and the job posting and pull out around 10 questions you are actually likely to be asked: each with its variations, what the interviewer is measuring, how to structure your answer, and a model answer built from your own experience - not generic questions copied from the internet. A Pro feature, with a PDF report to review before the day.

A generic question from any ready-made list

Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

A question built from your own CV

Your CV says you led the systems migration to AWS and cut running costs by 35%. What was the hardest call in that project, and how did you bring the team along?

How it works

1

Open your CV and choose Interview questions

From the AI tab in the editor, from your CV's card in My CVs, or from a saved application in the tracker.

2

Paste the job posting (optional)

With the posting, the questions target this exact interview: the role's requirements against your experience, and the gaps an interviewer will probe. Without it, the questions come from your CV alone.

3

Review the questions and download the PDF report

For each question: its variations, what it measures, how to structure the answer, a first-person model answer you can say in your own words, and the one mistake to avoid. Plus questions for you to ask the interviewer. Every prep is saved to your account.

Why are questions from my CV better than ready-made lists?

An interviewer does not read a generic question list; they read your CV. Their questions come from your own lines: why did you leave this job? How did you reach that number? What exactly was your part in this project? What explains this gap? Useful preparation therefore starts from your CV itself and anticipates the questions each experience you wrote will generate.

Taqdeem does this with AI: it reads your CV the way an interviewer will, compares the posting's requirements against your experience when you paste one, and writes around ten likely questions ordered by how much they matter for this role.

Are the model answers real or invented?

Built from your CV only. The same rule that governs Taqdeem's cover letters applies: no inventing numbers, projects, or skills that are not in your CV. The model answer rearranges what you wrote into a strong answer shape (the situation, what you did, the result) in the first person, for you to say in your own style rather than memorise word for word.

In Arabic, the answers come out grammatically correct for the applicant's gender as stated in the CV, with a neutral register when it is not specified.

What does the prep include for each question?

  • The question in the different phrasings an interviewer might use
  • What the question really measures: motivation, honesty, how you think, or fit with the team
  • How to structure your answer step by step
  • A first-person model answer built from your experience
  • The common mistake to avoid on this exact question
  • And at the end: smart questions for you to ask the interviewer, plus a closing tip

How do I practise the answers before the interview?

Download the PDF report and practise out loud: read the question, cover the model answer, answer in your own words within a minute, then compare. Repeat the first three questions more than the rest, since they are the most likely. If you change your CV or apply for another role, generate again - every prep is saved in your history.

Frequently asked questions

How many questions does it generate?+

Around ten likely questions per prep, ordered by how likely they are, plus extra questions for you to ask the interviewer.

Does it need the job posting?+

No, but it helps. Without it, the questions come from your CV; with it, they target this role's requirements and the gaps between them and your experience. If you saved the application in the tracker, the posting is stored there and used in one click.

Are the questions saved?+

Yes, every prep is saved to your account with the posting that produced it; reopen it from the same card any time, and download it as a PDF report.

Arabic or English?+

In your CV's language: an Arabic CV gives Arabic questions and answers, an English CV gives English. If you keep both versions on Taqdeem, prepare from each one separately.

Can it mention things that are not in my CV?+

No. The questions and answers are built only from your CV and the posting. If your CV is thin, the model answers will be thinner - which is a useful signal to improve the CV itself first.
